Running a Report

On the Main Business Intelligence Screen all available reports are listed as tiles.

To run a report, double click the Report tile you wish to run.

On this screen you can set the report parameters. Set parameters by yard, commodity, account type, date range, number of customers to return and choose to order the results using the Rank By drop down. You can select more than one yard by clicking the magnifying glass icon next to the "Select Yard" field.

When you've finished, you can click to run the report.

After setting your parameters, your generated report should return customers that fit those parameters. If no customers show up, then you must choose less strict parameters.

You can also click to save these parameters as a template for future reports. To select a previously saved template, use the Saved Templates drop down menu in the top left of the screen.
